Grafik is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to assist their leadership team in securing new business opportunities. This person will conduct market analysis support on proposal development and complete a range of administrative duties. The Business Development Coordinator will work in an active team environment have excellent organizational skills and be able to apply learnings to future tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to support on new business development opportunities
- Coordinating and arranging prospective client appointments internal meetings client events and conference details
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients
- Writing and distributing agendas proposals cost estimates and brieng documents for internal and external meetings
- Tracking pipeline and providing feedback to management
- Providing effective administrative support to Senior Vice President of Growth and Business Development Manager
- Willingness to learn new tools and skills as related to job responsibilities and Business Development
- Interest in branding marketing and business development
Desired Skills Qualications and Experience
- Bachelors degreepreferably in Business Marketing or related eld
- 2 years of professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload with support of your manager
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Procient in Google Workspace

- Hubspot experience
Pay rate: $31.25/hour
