A Brief Overview
A Branch Manager oversees all branch functions including overall responsibility for branch performance. A Branch Manager is responsible for leading managing and coaching a team of sales and service employees including supervisors to meet sales goals meet all operational objectives and create an excellent customer experience. This will include effectively resolving issues with customers and employees. A Branch Manager is expected to lead a successful branch by cultivating longterm business and consumer relationships to ensure branch growth through customer retention and developing customer relationships.
What you will do
Supervises the work of a group of direct reports. Responsible for performance management and evaluations; hiring and staffing scheduling. Enforces policies and procedures. Directs daytoday work of employees through supervision of lead staff or directly. Supervisory responsibilities may be limited to a specific shift or a portion of a function facility or location. May assist with training and payroll. Coaches and develops staff.
