Technical Onboarding Coordinator2
Description
Support technical onboarding initiatives for client and data and asset management configurations on the platform(s) which drive the automation of endtoend processing workflows
Follow established workflows and SOP in addition to being flexible and collaborate defining on new processes
Provide timely accurate professional and responsive support to internal and external customer/clients to resolve all issues reported and take proactive steps to prevent the conflict/problem from reoccurring
Balance multiple requests at once and prioritize items to meet deadlines
Take on new assignments as dictated by Manager or Director as well as proactively pick up open tickets and requests
Documentation of workflows and processes
