Were looking for a Marketing Executive to join Old Mill on a fixedterm maternity cover contract working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to support a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience in a fastpaced professional environment where youll play a key role in executing marketing activities that support business growth.
What Youll Be Doing:
As our Marketing Executive youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of daytoday marketing tasks and supporting the implementation of highquality campaigns events and communications. Your work will span internal and external marketing digital content branding and event coordination.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client and marketing lists handling lost clients and marketing unsubscribes.
- Overseeing the marketing enquiries inbox and ensuring timely responses.
- Supporting internal communications by creating digital content and designing materials for officewide engagement initiatives.
- Reviewing and refining content for email campaigns brochures and presentations.
- Assisting with branding and design work including Audit memorandums proposals and Corporate Finance Due Diligence reports.
- Ordering and distributing business cards name badges and marketing collateral (e.g. banners replypaid envelopes sponsorship materials).
- Supporting events and sponsorship coordination including maintaining the Events & Networking calendar and assisting with key industry events such as Honiton G&S and The Dairy Show.
- Managing advertising requests and liaising with teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Helping with quarterly marketing reports and presentations.
- Maintaining brand integrity across all materials and channels.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For:
This role is ideal for a marketing allrounder who enjoys a varied workload and can manage multiple priorities with ease. You should have:
- Marketing experience ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
- A strong eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different materials.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks with the ability to work independently.
- Experience using digital tools for content creation email marketing and event coordination.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills as youll be working closely with different teams across Old Mill.
