Depending on your experience youll be responsible for support the IC HUB Team in performing daily tasks in the following areas:
IC invoices processing
IC Reconciliation IC Accruals Netting (In/Outside TM5
Monthend activities
KPI Reporting
Assisting in the preparation of control reports and their analysis
Ensuring processing of financial documents in accordance with applicable regulations and local procedures
Resolving customer queries relating Intercompany processes as specified by the relevant SLAs
Preparing and updating procedures
Regular contact with the local entities (taking part in regular and adhoc calls)
Actively engage in sharing best practices with other.
Support Team Leader in a daily operations preparing ad hoc reports and analysis.
Participation in joint multinational projects and initiatives according to the current needs.
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
Experience in handling accounting processes (AP AR or GL)
You speak English to a communicative degree
You know MS Excel on a very good level
Very good knowledge and understanding of E2E Intercompany process
Ability to adapt and learn fast remain focused in changing environment multitask prioritize and work to key deadlines
Knowledge of Italian at minimum B1 level will be an asset.
