About the Host Recruiter Airbnb(Spanish Bilingual):
MarketStar is looking for a Host Recruiter to support our hospitality team. You will be identifying and recruiting hosts for our growing hospitality business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the client platform and exceptional networking abilities. Your responsibilities will include researching potential cohosts initiating contact and managing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a successful background in recruitment or partnership development we would love to hear from you
Location: Ogden UT Hybrid
What will you do
Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties.
Reaching out to potential hosts via email phone or social media.
Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
Maintaining a database of potential and current cohosts.
Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential cohosts.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
What Will You Need to Succeed
Proven experience in sales recruitment or partnership development.
Fluent in both Spanish and English with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages.
Indepth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to research and identify potential cohosts effectively.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple communications and followups simultaneously.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
