Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen & support the sales team in securing group & catering opportunities for the RCM
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements focusing on attention to detail high efficiency exceptional time management skill
- Assist the team to coordinate hotel walkthrough & inspections with a focus on conversion and providing guests with everything they need
- Support the hotels service and relationship strategy driving guest loyalty by creating unforgettable memories through each guest experience
- Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on group & catering opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Be a Ritz Carlton ambassador and embody our exceptional service values
About You:
