Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Aviation Division to lead their aviation business segment. This role involves overseeing operational excellence driving business development and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while fostering a culture of safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Aviation Management Business or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of aviation operations regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth in the aviation sector.
