Job Summary: As an Exceptional Service Advisor you will be the main point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure every customer has a great experience from scheduling appointments to explaining repairs and services.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain proactive and timely communications with clients and team members.
- Prepare for client service with a prewrite process to document client needs in advance of their arrival.
- Present service recommendations and service menu mileage offerings to 100 of qualified clients.
- Fully utilize digital systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Achieve a worldclass customer experience with a customer satisfaction score greater than 90.
- Generate sales of more than 2.25 hours per repair order to meet client needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial drivers license & clean driving record
- Accredited training in service advisor skills customer satisfaction and quality control
- Automotive service advisor experience
- Ability to read write and speak English fluently
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Multitasking skills
- Proficient use of computers/business machines.
