Job Description
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of 10 Engineers fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Process Improvement: Oversee Agile and DevOps practices forJava and Kafkabased microservices.
- Technical Guidance: Provide highlevel input ontelecom protocols (PLMN/PSTN) and distributed system architecture(handson coding not required but beneficial).
- Stakeholder Management: Align engineering efforts with product and customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in software engineering with a Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven leadershipin managing software teams preferably intelecom or distributed systems.
- Strong process expertisein Agile CI/CD and software quality assurance.
- Technical familiaritywith Java/Kafka stacks (prior coding experience is a plus).
- Leadership qualities: Strategic empathetic and resultsdriven.
