Job Description Summary
The incumbent is responsible for providing financial planning analysis and reporting for the business. Will be part of Supply Chain Finance at the manufacturing unit acting as key finance personnel with indepth understanding of primary business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. The role will also involve supporting the plant by working closely with the plant management and operational teams to ensure the adoption of standards on core financial processes including procurement inventory management capital expenditures and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead P&L and Balance sheet activities including cost accounting inventory controls (PI revaluations standards variances etc. product fulfillment and COGS booking functional costs VCP/BCP P&E etc.
- Develop and improve financial processes with focus on financial & management reporting budgeting and estimating processes.
- Focus on costout projects & drive supplychain improvements through savings across various categories of cost and cash.
- Manage monthly closing process P&L/Cash forecasts R&Os and forecasting accuracy.
- Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve complex problems. Lead continuous collaboration with crossfunctional teams to arrive at critical decisions.
- Engage with plant manufacturing operations and contribute towards continuous improvement of plant operations.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal & external) to ensure cost and reporting compliance for inventory.
- Lead key business projects: Plan schedule coordinate and deliver on the project KPIs.
- Support the digital transformation process by analyzing and utilizing new approaches and technical options and working with relevant functions to implement solutions.
- Drive active engagement with the business and collaborate to perform process as well as system related improvements.
- Document and implement the functional technical and integrational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- CA/CWA/MBA
- At least 47 years of relevant experience in leading manufacturing financial operations
- Willingness to travel
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel Word PowerPoint Teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Motivated selfstarter with ability to work independently
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
