Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Service Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment where youll support critical service support initiatives. Youll play a key role in developing metric based reports developing & maintaining customer relationships and assisting with the overall success of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Developing reports to illustrate service performance operationally & financially
- Assist with selling non covered opportunities at the various Amazon sites
- Assist the team with the planning and coordination of noncovered work
- Assist the Quality Engineering team with any project planning
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Qlik Sense or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive resourceful and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
