What You Will Do
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and to take the lead on several new programmes as well as support the continued growth of the business.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to global security and safety whilst also learning and developing your own skills and knowledge. Together the Air Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) team delivers a varied range of programmes from production development integration and support. This can be to customers directly or through other key defence companies and Raytheon entities.

A key benefit to this role given the rapid growth in the ATMS business area is the opportunity to travel to visit customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally.
As part of the wider business unit you will work within our ATMS team you will execute and support a range of technically challenging programmes by establishing and growing effective relationships with both new and existing customers. Your success will require innovative thinking forward planning and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the team you will identify and secure new opportunities work collaboratively with the wider company whilst and create an inclusive environment for your team to grow.
What You Will Learn/Desirable Skills

As part of the daytoday activities the role requires delivery of programmes ensuring ontime deliveries customer satisfaction and highquality deliverables. There will be opportunities to take on wider activities across the company and a broad interest in what the wider Company does would be a highly desirable quality.
Your Skills:
- Degree qualified in a technical or project management related discipline or with equivalent nonacademic experience. A recognised project management qualification is highly desirable.
- Experienced senior project manager/aspiring programme manager who has capability to get the best from their team. As well as the ability to create and identify new opportunities for business.
- An Inspiring team player who leads by example and has a successful track record in delivering complex programmes to different customers.
- An ability to work selfsufficiently to deliver on agreed goals and can anticipate problems identify innovative and logical solutions and then to confidently enact them.
