We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer eager to develop and implement AIpowered solutions within Roches technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development a willingness to upskill in AI and Generative AI technologies and the ability to integrate large language models (LLMs) into applications and software development processes (testing refactoring requirements management deployment).
The opportunity:
Develop AIpowered applications leveraging LLMs and cloud AI services (AWS Azure).
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to gather requirements provide technical expertise and propose innovative solutions.
Design deploy and optimize cloudnative AI and DevOps solutions across public private and hybrid cloud environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient secure and scalable AI model deployment
Cooperate with other product streams to diagnose and understand their needs offering technological consultancy and solution recommendations.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in IT and AI architectures
Promote the adoption of DevOps methodologies in largescale platforms and organizations driving cloud adoption infrastructure as code and automation.
Effectively engage influence and negotiate with business and IT partners at all levels fostering transparent communication during strategy and roadmap creation.
Share knowledge through workshops training sessions and community discussions
Example projects you may work on:
Leading teams to design and implement cloudnative solutions for Pharma Development IT incorporating AIdriven optimizations.
Driving AIdriven automation in DevOps pipelines to accelerate software delivery improve security and ensure compliance.
Designing and implementing key automation and infrastructure solutions to optimize performance scalability and cost efficiency.
Experimenting with Generative AI to explore new possibilities in software development automation and innovation.
Who you are:
Proficient in AWS or Azure services including serverless computing scalability and integrations
Experienced in practical applications of GenAI and AI frameworks (e.g. Langflow Langchain Langsmith) with knowledge of LLM performance and adaptation
Skilled in container technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab Github Actions Jenkins) with proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
Familiar with AWS Bedrock Azure OpenAI and monitoring tools (CloudWatch Datadog)
Strong problemsolving skills adaptability curiosity responsibility effective communication in English and an innovative mindset
