Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a permanent vacancy based in East London Eastern Cape.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related
- Relevant design internship or portfolio demonstrating design skills
- Basic understanding of web design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
- Basic understanding of composition colour theory typography
- Attention to detail and communication skills Good creativity and time management ability
- Supporting senior designers: Assist with design projects by creating drafts mockups and basic design elements
- Developing design skills: Learn and apply design principles typography color theory and layout techniques
- Creating visual assets: Design graphics for websites social media posts marketing materials email campaigns and print materials
- Collaborating with team members: Work with designers marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines
- Research trends: Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices
- File management: Organize and maintain design files according to project requirements
- Providing design feedback: Receive and incorporate constructive criticism from senior designers
Salary: R12000.00 per month
