Lead and manage the Oracle support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and system optimizations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical problems and maintain business continuity
Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures
Manage relationships with vendor and ensure effective problem resolution
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency
Provide mentorship and leadership to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
7 years of experience in Oracle database and application support with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Oracle database Oracle EBusiness Suite and related technologies
Relevant certifications (Oracle Certified Professional) highly desirable
