Our US Tax Advisory Services team assists in navigating the complexities of cross border tax obligations across the US and Australia. We assist individuals their families and family offices to structure their business and investment holdings with multijurisdictions to mitigate double taxation and ensure global compliance. We are also experienced in assisting multinational organisations who have a US presence US executives with their cross border employer obligations and tax planning.
As part of the wider Tax team strategic thinking innovation technical excellence and accuracy is at the heart of everything we do. Our practice is organised to ensure the advice we provide is not just technically correct but strategically relevant and always capable of being successfully implemented. We deliver effective solutions blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations notforprofit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
And our team is expanding! We are now looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to help grow and define our US Tax Advisory Services business and help our Tax team navigate an increasingly complex tax environment within our vast community of solvers.
Use the knowhow youve gained in delivering US tax advisory and compliance services and your experience gained in a Law firm or in a private clients division of a Big 4 accounting firm or midtier firm for high net wealth clients family offices and privately owned businesses.
With new problems to solve youll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. Youll learn plenty as you deliver insights and top quality US tax technical advice to high net wealth clients on a range of matters including US Income Tax planning Asset structuring Entity classifications and US Gift/Estate planning in a workplace thats humanled and techenabled.
As an expert in information reporting forms in respect of companies trusts and partnerships you are also efficient with an eye for detail and have strong research skills and problem solving abilities.
In our US Tax Advisory Services team youll use your relevant Tertiary Qualifications/Degree to:
Manage a portfolio of clients and establishing trusting and long term relationships
Support clients plan through the complex maze of tax issues riding from being residents in multiple jurisdictions
Ensure that tax forms and related schedules provided to the tax authorities are accurate complete and can be trusted
