RESPONSIBILITIES
Hitting the Streets: Youll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods local events and assisting in covering our storefronts as needed introducing residents to our stateoftheart fiber optic services.
Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers listen to and discover their needs and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.
Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our products benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.
Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!
Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build longterm relationships and exceptional local service.
Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team youll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what youve learned while working in the field.
Travel: As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO you could be traveling between markets but dont worry we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50 outside of your home market with some hotel stays required.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
1 years of previous sales or customer service experience
Previous experience in telecommunications sales a plus

REQUIREMENTS:
Remain upright on feet for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Move on foot up to 10 miles per day
Ability to operate a computer
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to work in extreme weather
Possess/Maintain a valid Drivers License
