Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herunterbrechen und Abstimmen von bergeordneten Lean Zielen zur umfassenden Implementierung des Lean Ansatzes am Standort Nordenham
    • Potentiale identifizieren und Manahmen vorschlagen
    • Tools zur Umsetzung identifizieren
    • Abstimmen der Ziele mit dem Plant Management und den Fhrungskrften
  • Umsetzen von Lean Zielen
    • Koordinierung von Manahmen bzgl. Termin Kosten und Zielverfolgung
    • Ressourcenplanung und Koordinierung
      • Abstimmung mit Fhrungskrften (Abteilungsleiter Gruppen und Teamleiter)
      • Koordinierung der Kollegen und LeanFachkrften
    • Untersttzung der LeanFachkrften bei Projekten
    • Implementierung des KVPProzesses
    • Planung und Durchfhrung entsprechender Workshops
    • Schulung und Implementierung von LeanMethoden
    • Training und Ausbildung von LeanFachkrften
  • Verfolgen von Lean Zielen
    • berwachung durchzufhrender Manahmen
    • Erstellen von Berichten und Reports fr Plant Management / Lean Verantwortliche der Prysmian Group lokale Fhrungskrfte
  • Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit einschlgiger langjhriger Berufserfahrung oder einschlgiges Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lean Management
  • Methodensicherheit in der Anwendung von LeanMethoden wie 6S Kaizen Kanban etc.
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • fundierte MSOffice Kenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit Teamfhigkeit Flexibilitt
  • Selbststndige zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches technisches sowie wirtschaftliches Denkvermgen
