Are you a resourceful problemsolver with a passion for building strong workplace relationships Were seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to join our team in our busy Regional site in Charlotte. This is a handson role where youll directly impact the daily experience of our frontline employees and managers ensuring they have the support and resources they need to thrive.

Youll be the goto person for our field employees and managers tackling realworld challenges and fostering a positive productive work environment. This role demands a blend of empathy and practicality as you navigate diverse situations and deliver effective solutions.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide Direct Support:Address employee concerns related to work and personal issues offering practical guidance and solutions.
  • Explain Benefits and Compensation:Clearly communicate company programs ensuring employees understand their benefits and incentives.
  • Coordinate OnSite Events:Organize and manage employee activities that build team spirit and morale.
  • Facilitate Training and Development:Partner with Learning and Development to identify and implement training that enhances skills and addresses performance needs.
  • Resolve Conflicts:Act as a liaison between employees and management facilitating communication and resolving issues effectively.
  • Answer HR Inquiries:Provide accurate and timely information on company policies and procedures.
  • Support Talent Acquisition:Assist with recruiting interviewing and onboarding new hires ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation:Deliver engaging orientations and benefits meetings.
  • Report on Employee Trends:Prepare reports on employee relations trends and actions contributing to datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Handle Special Projects:Assist with HR projects and other related duties as needed.

Are you a MATCH

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a fieldbased Employee Relations/HR Generalist roledemonstrating your ability to handle challenging situations.
  • 12 years of experience in talent acquisition (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR generalist functions.
  • Proficiency in Workday (a plus) and Google Suite
