Under the supervision of the Compliance Services Supervisor the Compliance CoordinatorSolid Waste organizes and directs compliance related activities with regard to solid waste with the goal of protecting public health and the environment by bringing noncompliant individuals into compliance through cooperationeducation and training or court action as necessary.

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Biology Chemistry Ecology Environmental Science or a directly related field from an accredited college or university
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in conducting field surveillance related to pollution investigation

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Full time Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This position may require employee to be deployed to alternative county locations during emergency events.
