Equifindare representing a West End based boutique Real Estate firm who are looking to hire an Junior Management Accountant.
Long term they see this as the ideal training ground for someone with 02 years experience who would like to start studying or continue studying towards their ACCA/CIMA exams; and ultimately become a qualified accountant for the business.

The Role:
The key responsibilities for this permanent Junior Management Accountant role for a West End based boutique Real Estate firm will be:
- Manage accounts payable invoices and payments.
- Processing corporate employees expenses through Pleo (an expense management system).
- Monitoring the group cash position.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Monthend accounting including updating quarterend working papers.
- Posting monthend journals (fixed assets depreciation prepayments accruals).
- VAT returns.
- Recharges.
- Processing monthly payroll.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of the intercompany balances.
- Assisting with audit process for yearend.
- Adhoc projects.
Application Criteria:
To be considered for the role of permanent Junior Management Accountant role with a West End based boutique Real Estate firm candidates should ideally be:
- Ideally a qualified AAT accounting professional or partqualified accountant
- Have an ambition or real desire to pursue the CIMA or ACCA qualification
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastgrowing environment
- Confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLook Up SumIf)
- Ideally proficient with Sage Intacct
- Willing to be part of a team and engage with others
Compensation:
The permanent Junior Management Accountant role with a West End based boutique Real Estate firm will be paid a competitive market based salary with full study support (CIMA ACCA).
- Hybrid working pattern. 4days per week in the office. 1day WFH remotely
