Job Description

Company: Quyntess
Role: Enterprise AE
Location: Cologne preferred; other Tier 1 cities in Germany acceptable (if they bring the right experience and network)
Language: German English
WFH policy: 1 day/week in office (if based in Cologne area)
Industry: Supply Chain Management / IT Services
Product: Suite of 13 supply chain management apps for supplier collaboration and process optimisation; sectors include aerospace automotive electronics CPG
Size and functions of local team:30 at the company 4 people in DE (project management presales consultants) plus Germanspeaking BDRs and marketing support

Role description:
AE Enterprise

  • Focus on new business acquisition

  • Vertical focus: Discrete manufacturing electronics automotive aerospace defence machinery

  • Buyer persona: Procurement logistics supply chain roles

  • Sales model: Highly consultative strong influence on RFI/RFP process

  • Deal cycle: 34 months (excluding presales development cycle)

  • ACV: 150K ARR 150K onboarding/pro services 600K TCV over 3 yrs (avg) outliers up to 1.5M

  • Quota: 400K annual professional services 350K ARR

  • Typical: 3 deals/year will reach the target!

  • Works closely with marketing (campaigns demos) Germanspeaking SDRs and Presales

  • Target segment: Companies with 800M1B turnover

  • Capable of consultative selling and influencing RFI/RFPs

  • Strong internal communication skills in English (business level)

Nice to haves:

  • Masters degree

  • Background at competitor

  • Network in manufacturing automotive defence aerospace machinery

  • Experience working on RFI/RFP processes

  • Persistence in long sales cycles

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • Up to 200K OTE 50/50 split typical some flexibility for strong profiles

  • Shareholder programme available for top performers

  • Potential for longterm share conversion/cashout model

Hiring process:

  1. Intro call with Jan

  2. Onsite meeting in Cologne or Rotterdam incl. case study CEO
