We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial modeling budgeting forecasting and providing strategic insights to support business decisionmaking. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership business units and crossfunctional teams to drive financial performance and support the companys longterm financial goals.
This position will be onsite in Troy Ohio.
What You Will Do
- Managing the financial planning analysis and management reporting for the Landing Systems business unit delivering realtime insights into emerging trends in business performance and costs and providing actionable insights for the Landing Systems portfolio.
- Requires advanced business knowledge general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
- Experience developing annual / strategic financial and investment plans driving rigorous forecasting and variance process and developing mitigation strategies to achieve financial results.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across various functions and product areas for plan / forecast / action item closure.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible in a changing business environment and highly responsive to Corporation / Business Unit requested analysis briefings and data calls.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: experience in an FP&A role.
- Prior management experience leading / managing employees.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working Aerospace / Defense programs.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.
- Working knowledge of SAP and other industry standard financial tools
- CPA or MBA preferred

salary range for this role is 176000 USD 352000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
