About the role
AsProduct Manager Digital Platforms youll lead the strategy optimisation and delivery of secure scalable and usercentric digital products. From platform performance and vendor relationships to cybersecurity and data compliance youll own the full product lifecycle and champion digital transformation that improves business efficiency selfservice and customer satisfaction.
Youll collaborate across crossfunctional teams working closely with UX/UI designers developers analysts and stakeholders across marketing compliance and tech.
What youll be doing
- Craft and execute the digital platform strategy and roadmap
- Drive automation selfservice and digital modernisation
- Implement robust data governance and ensure privacy compliance (Privacy Act 1988 PCIDSS GDPR)
- Align with leading security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001 NIST ISM Essential Eight)
- Lead platform optimisation and design customerfirst experiences
- Manage technology vendors and SaaS/cloud providers with support of our Group IT
- Oversee risk mitigation cybersecurity and incident response
- Measure performance across uptime NPS/CSAT vendor SLAs and cost efficiencies
What were looking for
- 5 years in digital product management ideally across SaaS government finance or telco sectors
- Strong understanding of data governance privacy laws and security frameworks (including ISO 27001 NIST ISM and Essential Eight)
- Proven track record delivering digital transformation at scale
- Experience with CDPs CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Adobe Braze) and CMS (Kentico Sitecore AEM)
- Strategic thinker with practical experience in Agile and crossfunctional team leadership
- Strong commercial acumen stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- UX/UI optimisation experience with a customerfirst lens
