Overview:

Ourequity program is a key component of this philosophy enabling team members to benefit fromthe companys growth while ensuring global compliance and operational are seeking a Stock Administration Analyst to join our global Stock Administration team. This role will be instrumental in managing Cloudflares equity programs supporting employees with their equity compensation and partnering crossfunctionally to streamline and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daytoday operations related to Cloudflares global equitycompensation programs ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance.
- Lead and support special projects related to equity administration including systemimprovements process automation and data integrity initiatives.
- Administer and maintain equityrelated systems and tools (e.g. E*TRADE Equity EdgeOnline) including data imports/exports reconciliations and audit support.
- Perform data analysis using internal equity data to generate insights support reportingand recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Payroll Legal Finance HR and external vendors(e.g. brokers transfer agents) to support program and resolve issues.
- Assist employees in understanding and maximising their equity compensation through education communications and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equity compensation administration for a public company.
- Handson experience with equity platforms such as E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO).
- Strong working knowledge of global equity compensation practices taxation and compliance.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets and draw insights.
- Experience collaborating on crossfunctional projects and improving operational processes.
- Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
