Job Description
Regional Loss Prevention Specialist
- Location: Remote with travel 50
- Department: Protection Services
- Salary range: $annual base pay
As a Regional Loss Prevention Specialist you will oversee loss prevention strategies across multiple Eyemart Express locations conduct investigations train store teams on theft prevention and collaborate with operations to drive compliance and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate theft fraud and policy violations
- Conduct store audits to assess security measures
- Develop and deliver loss prevention training for employees
- Work closely with law enforcement and internal teams
- Analyze trends and implement strategies to reduce shrink
- Travel to Eyemart locations to support Protection Service efforts 50 travel)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent experience
- LPC CFI or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations preferred
- Formal behavioral interview and interrogation training required
- Experience in retail loss prevention security or investigations
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned stores
- Excellent communication and training abilities
