Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Lines Producer to join our team. As a Personal Lines Producer you will be responsible for selling insurance products and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide personalized insurance solutions and advise clients on coverage options
- Generate leads and network to build a client base
- Keep updated on insurance products regulations and market trends
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of various insurance products and services
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required
