Job Description
WeLink is looking for a NOC Support Technician Intern to assist in Network Monitoring incident management and outage response.
Essential Job Functions
Diligently monitoring Network Status and acting quickly to resolve issues
Create cases for documentation and dispatching of Field Technicians
Incident Management and followthrough
Responding to outages
Maintaining Network Health and ensuring 4 9s
Experience/Qualifications
Experience working in a fastpaced environment
Working with strict deadlines
Flexibility to work on different projects and take on additional responsibilities when needed
Must live in Utah and be able to work in office
Shift: Flexible hours between Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Minimum of 20 hours per week)
