Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager of Customer Accounts the Customer Accounts Specialist is responsible for timely invoicing collections and maintenance of external customer billing for Mass General Brigham companies. The Specialist will demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills combined with a proven ability to interact with a wide range of professionals both internal and external to Mass General Brigham. This position operates within a central team and requires enterprisewide customer service support in addition to portfolio level assignments.Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Accounting required
Accounting billing finance or related experience 23 years required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong accounting problemsolving and negotiation skills.
Advanced skills using Excel and Outlook.
Detail orientation and excellent followthrough with minimal supervision are required.
Strong customer service aptitude with a proven ability to work well with others.
