A successful incumbent will have opportunities for a human resources rotational development program to continue career and skill development and grow human resources expertise and leadership skills. Positions within this program may include HR Solution Center Supervisors Health and Welfare Help Desk HRIS and Talent Acquisition.
This position will primarily be responsible for supervising the administration of the companys health and welfare benefit programs including leave administration the annual enrollment process wellness and work/life employee assistance programs (EAP) ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and managing various vendor relationships.

At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for the HR Solution Center Supervisor role is between $76700$107375 per year and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge skill set level of experience and geographic market location.
