About the role:
The CMOD Solution Designer will be responsible for designing installing implementing configuring and tuning IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) solutions for archival reports records management retention and disposal. This role involves working on scalable and reliable solutions and presenting options to the Architecture review forum
Key Responsibilities:
- Design CMOD solutions for archival reports records management retention and disposal
- Install implement configure and tune IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) on RHEL
- Work on scalable and reliable solutions and present options to the Architecture review forum with pros and cons
- Utilize CMOD utilities (arsload arsdoc arsadmin arsxml ODWEK etc.
- Configure CMOD components storage reports users search and retention
- Define scalable solutions with integration with other ECM products like Filenet and Records Manager
- Knowledge of CMOD database structure and tuning for performance
- Experience in data indexing loading retrieval expiration and exit
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
Required Experience:
Technical Skills:
- 9 years of relevant experience in CMOD solution design
- Extensive experience in installation implementation configuration and tuning of CMOD
- Strong knowledge of CMOD utilities and components
- Experience in defining scalable solutions with integration with ECM products
- Knowledge of CMOD database structure and performance tuning
- Experience in data indexing loading retrieval expiration and exit
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to present solutions to architecture review forums

This contract is available for a 6month term with multiple extensions to follow.
Located in Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement
