About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager within Customer Operations you will be responsible for the overall technical implementation of our solutions in customer projects. While you wont be doing handson configuration yourself you need to understand the technical landscape well enough to communicate effectively with both the customer and your technical team.
Your responsibilities will include planning coordinating and leading implementation projects from start to finishensuring we deliver highquality solutions that make a difference in patient care. You will act as a clear and reliable bridge between our internal engineering teams and the customers technical representatives maintaining a close relationship with both our project engineers and the customers IT specialists.
You will:
- Lead and steer projects toward defined goals
- Manage customer expectations at both a strategic and operational level
- Ensure project deliveries milestones and resourcing are on track
- Serve as a steady and clear point of contact between customer team and stakeholders
- Translate technical needs into business value
