Doug Smith Kia is experiencing exponential growth! To better meet the needs of our customers we will be moving to our new facility in Lindon with 3 times our current capacity! We have an incredible opportunity for a proven Service Consultant to join our team as we prepare to soar!
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customers primary concerns
- Be dependable punctual and processdriven
- Meet and greet customers with a smile
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Conduct video walkarounds
- Communicate via text phone and email
- Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously
- Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs
- Follow through with daily responsibilities
- Complete all factory and dealer training
Qualifications:
- 23 years of automotive experience
- Selfmotivated
- Communication skills patience creativity eye for detail
- Basic Computer skills
- Maintain a valid drivers license
