About you

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Administrative Assistant internally called Client Services Coordinator who thrives on providing topnotch support to brokers and clients alike!

As a Client Services Coordinator youre at the forefront of the action delivering exceptional support to this Broker Team. This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through supporting the lifecycle of a commercial transaction and correspond with the appropriate parties to ensure smooth completion.

In this role you will

  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team and track action items delivery dates/times and manage up to completion of each project.

  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.

  • Execute marketing campaigns including scheduling campaigns maintenance of mailing lists and running campaign reports.

  • Update Brokers recent transactions on applicable websites and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available.

  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork preparing invoices and tracking payments.

What youll bring

  • 1 year of Administrative support experience within Commercial Real Estate. Supporting the lifecycle of a deal.

  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
