Property Senior Associate

About the role:
- Drafting and negotiating leases agreements for lease and ancillary documents.
- Managing the sale and acquisition of commercial industrial and rural land.
- Advising on development projects (subdivisions residential and commercial developments).
- Handling development and joint venture agreements and access licences.
- Providing title structuring advice and drafting easements and covenants.
- Conducting property due diligence for highvalue transactions.
The ideal candidate:
- 69 PQE with strong experience in property transactions.
- Confidence advising on complex commercial property matters.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client focus.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
