About the role
The BD/Partnerships Lead at Doss will play a crucial role in developing and executing our partnership strategies. This individual will be taking over our initial motion and scaling it to other unexplored segments. Our partnerships are driving a significant portion of our revenue with the fastest sales cycle. You will have the opportunity to scale up our most promising channel and turn it into a revenue driving machine.
What youll do
0>1 Channel: Identify and engage key influencers RSIs and GSIs through targeted comarketing initiatives and sharing dealflow.
New Geos: Secure regional partners in EMEA LATAM etc with incentive alignment.
Referral Programs: Design and roll out a referral network with defined commission structures legal documentation and performance tracking.
ANTI ERP ERP Community: Own The Anti ERP ERP Club community.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $125k$225k OTE.
All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
