Job Description
KRA Purchase & Stores Executive
for smooth functioning of both department viz. Stores & Purchase.
timely delivery of raw material with no compromise on quality as per requirement of production and at the lowest possible cost.
the tools are provided in working condition and timely manner
with Sales / Operation for dispatch status and its accessories.
usage of inventory to the fullest and keep it at minimum levels.
and recording the movement of materials (inward/Outward) from stores
Management
New Vendor development (Production and Non Productions Items).
Vendor audit (existing and new)
Vendor relationship management (existing for better facilities)
Vendor for Transportation (dispatch / outside vendor work)
Vendor arrangement & coordination for Maintenance (in factory)
innovative methods in stores and purchase department for time and cost savings
of departments (Recruitment T&D PM)
of relevant MIS pertaining to Purchase and store depts and produce it before mgt from time to time.
