Job Details
Summary
Responsible for implementing and maintaining store technology systems. Provides technical support to store endusers regarding technology systems. Responds to store technical requests runs diagnostics isolates problems determines and implements solutions. Responsible for updates/upgrades to all instore technology solutions. This position requires extensive travel to stores with possible overnights.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain store technical operations
- Test install and support store technology equipment and systems
- Responsible for new store technology setup and installation such as routers switches PCs printers phones
- Install maintain and support point of sale systems
- Pulling cable and terminating cableends
- Provide technical assistance and support related to instore computer systems software and hardware
- Follow up with end users to ensure all technical issues are resolved
- Onboard and train new users in relation to instore technologies
- Provide enduser support when at corporate office
- Travel to stores as needed with little notice
- Oncall availability
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3 years experience working as an IT technician or similar role
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange (O365
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (O365
- PC hardware printers scanners computer peripherals mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Client PC connectivity Ethernet TCP/IP MAC Addressing and VPN
- Ability to communicate technical information both verbal and written to a wide range of endusers
- Ability to adapt to changes in dynamic work environment
- Team player
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
