Job Summary: The Material Handler I is responsible for the flow of raw materials in Lighthouse Louisianas Production warehouses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: High school or GED preferred.
2. Special Knowledge: Organizational skills; ability to multitask.
3. Experience: Pallet jack operation heavily preferred.
4. Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
5. Physical: Able to perform duties as required by department and function able to stand for long periods and perform repetitious work; ability to maneuver 500 lbs. continually throughout the day. Able to travel throughout the facility to safely and effectively manage all work responsibilities breaks and emergency evacuations with or without a reasonable accommodation. Able to manage all selfcare needs and activities of daily living as required to support successful employment with or without a reasonable accommodation.
6. Personality: Dependable motivated organized detailoriented peopleoriented; ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Working Conditions: Inside and outside warehouse.
8. Work Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours overtime as needed/ NonExempt.
9. Background Check and Drug Testing Required: Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results.
