Job Role:

Were seeking a talented Generative AI & RPA Engineer that has experience both with implementing different API integrations and developing Generative AI & RPA systems through prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a wide range of projects such as new AI applications 3rd party system integrations and backend enhancements. For this role experience working with different technologies such as .NET (C# SQL Server and Java is a huge plus.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
• Participate in peer reviews with your team members.
• Debug code.
• Take ownership not only for individual deadlines and product releases but also for those of your teammates. This team truly operates as one unit.
• Develop RPA systems.
• Create new and enhance existing services as well as integrations using .NET (C# Java Delphi SQL Server Angular and other technologies.
• Develop and finetune prompts for known large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI model performance using techniques like RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG).
• Integrate thirdparty and internal custom solutions into our portfolio of software products.
• Monitor and maintain API services in production environments.
• Learn new technologies and continuously try new AI tools to better yourself and the team.

You Are a Good Fit for This Job If You:

• Possess excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation.
• 2 years of total experience with experience as a developer or prompt engineer or RPA developer.
• 2 years of experience developing API Integrations.
• 2 Years of experience with generative AI prompt engineering using technologies like GPT4o Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Gemini.
• 2 Years of experience with .NET (C# Java and SQL Server (or a combination of these technologies).
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Having Delphi or Angular (JavaScript) experience is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field or have the equivalent in relevant work experience.
