Struttura di servizi finanziari per le aziende ricerca una persona che si occupi dellattivit di archiviazione e data entry.
Mansioni:
- inserimento anagrafiche clienti preventivi e contratti sul gestionale
- organizzazione e gestione archivio cartaceo e digitale
- archiviazione fatture
- accoglienza clienti.
Si richiede:
- capacit di problem solving
- predisposizione al lavoro in team
- diploma di maturit
- buon utilizzo del pc e del pacchetto Office.
Offerta e benefit:
