Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to make a strategic impact on the business and the employee experience. You will be driving strategic HR initiatives aligning them with business objectives to enhance organizational performance. This role focuses on talent management employee engagement employee connects and fostering a positive work culture. As the HRBP you will partner with Function Heads and employees to implement HR strategies resolve issues and ensure compliance.

A balance of strategic vision and handson is key to success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partner:

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives supporting employee engagement career development and talent retention.

Drive change management and initiatives to improve organizational culture and foster a positive work environment.


2. Employee Engagement & Retention:

Drive employee engagement through regular oneonone meetings skiplevel discussions and leadership connects.

Ensure new joiners have a positive onboarding experience and assist employees in transitioning between projects smoothly.

Proactively address employee concerns conduct retention discussions and collaborate with managers to manage attrition effectively.


3. Performance Management & Career Development:

Guide managers on performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.

Provide daytoday performance management guidance to line management including coaching counselling career development and disciplinary actions.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Career Progression initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.


4. Culture & Organizational Development:

Lead initiatives to drive culture change aligning organizational values with employee competency and performance.

Foster a culture of open communication feedback and continuous improvement to enhance employee satisfaction and business outcomes.


6. Employee Relations & Support:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers addressing grievances resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or grievances.


7. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support workforce planning.
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as attrition engagement and talent development.

Requirements

  • Education: Master s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in HRBP role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management employee engagement and performance management.
  • Proven ability to drive HR strategies and solve complex business problems with strong solution focus.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with a strong focus on deliverables and results.
