Job Description
This is a remote position.
Invoicing:
.
Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to internally.
.
Verify billing information including contract terms pricing and discounts.
Billing Systems Management:
.
Utilize billing Power BI to maintain customer accounts process invoices and update billing information.
.
Ensure to have subscriptions are handled at a single place and maintain a good repository for the same.
.
Take a lead on subscription cleanup and its associated process.
Internal Communication:
.
Address leak inquiries related to billing in a timely and professional manner.
.
Work closely with the team to resolve billingrelated concerns.
.
Educate/train the intern to get up to the speed on cloudspend/subscription process.
.
Maintain a good repository of the process documents.
Reporting:
.
Ensure Cloud Spend is under control daily.
.
Performing the Leak check activity
.
Have a good hold on process to optimize the cloud spend further.
.
Ensure all leaks are captured daily and required communications flown over to respective team and leadership team.
.
Cost team and maintain the cost report to Share with Team
.
Follow up with the MS for the MS tickers and maintian the repore
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in cloud billing invoicing or financial operations with handson work in Power BI and cloud spend tools.
- Billing Knowledge: Strong understanding of invoicing subscription management and resolving billing issues.
- Cloud Spend Tracking: Able to monitor daily spend identify leaks and optimize costs. Familiar with cost reporting and CSP ticket followups.
- Reporting Skills: Comfortable using Power BI/Excel for cost reporting and maintaining accurate financial dashboards.
- Communication: Can handle internal billing queries document processes and support team training.
- Ownership: Proactive detailoriented and able to take endtoend responsibility of cloud billing processes.
- Team Handling: Capable of guiding interns or junior members and ensuring smooth team operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicates with crossfunctional teams and ensures timely updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
