- To keep proper checks for expiry products
- To ensure that rail card and signage are changes and updated as and when required
- To ensure that shelves are presentable and filled
- To ensure the stock availability
- To punch repacking in GMS system on timely basis
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Maintenance of Customer file to update and ensure the quality of customer file data in order to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
- Contact with at least 10 customers on weekly bases to understand their needs and expectations and to know best customers personally.
- Perform analysis of best customers to know them understand their needs and propose solutions.
- Customer file monitoring and action plan definition to check customer activity and setup actions (campaign management) customer activity per product family and customer activity regarding turnover performance.
- Visit customers to understand their business and activities.
- Keep a strong control over daily stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory shrinkage stock availability to guarantee and create the optimum stock performance in quality quantity and safety targeting customer segments.
Qualifications :
