Job Description
Manages rate of participant noncompliance
Holds weekly team meetings
Schedules individual supervision sessions with staff quarterly
Participates in monthly unit meetings
Ensures ongoing and open communication with staff and peers
Ensures application process for federal disability is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract
Reviews comprehensive service plans
Ensures that TDSs are monitoring clients progress toward goal of selfsufficiency
Manages Equus WORCS invoicing data system; monitor funding and ensure all obligations are within available levels for Adult and Dislocate Worker
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong management and organization skills
Ability to work with culturally diverse population
Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
