Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a wellestablished luxury safari lodge located in the North West Province. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional individual to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a worldclass environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the lodge to ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality
Manage all departments ensuring cohesive and efficient interdepartmental communication
Lead motivate and mentor staff promoting a positive working environment
Ensure a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and personalized service
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Manage lodge budgets stock control and reporting in line with company policies
Uphold and enforce health safety and hygiene standards
Represent the lodge brand and values consistently
Requirements:
Minimum 35 years experience in a senior lodge management position
Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Sound financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience
Knowledge of hospitality systems and lodge operations
Ability to work effectively in a remote bushbased environment
Handson proactive and guestfocused approach
Valid driver s license
Package Includes:
Salary: R35000 per month (Slightly negotiable depending on experience)
Livein accommodation: 2bedroom house with openplan kitchen and lounge
Medical aid (single member)
Provident fund
