Job Description

Our client is an AIdriven revenue intelligence platform that empowers revenue teams with tools and intelligence needed to ramp up revenue and boost ROI.

We are currently looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter based in India to support local recruitment initiative. The role is remote and contract. 

The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for Frontend and Backend Engineering across all levels of including Junior Senior and Staff Engineers. The candidate should have experience working for wellknown tech companies be able to attract & identify top talent conduct through candidate interviews and partner with stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for developer and technical roles.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and fit for the role.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the recruitment team on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications :

  • Must live in India Pune or Bangalore is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter specifically in recruiting for Frontend and Backend Engineers
  • Recent work experience with minimal gaps in employment history focusing on longterm projects.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
