Your Day-to-Day Impact
Relationship Building & Networking
- Engage with potential candidates through phone calls building rapport and trust from the first conversation
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both active and passive job seekers
- Build a network of industry contacts and referral sources
- Attend networking events job fairs and professional meetups to expand your candidate pipeline
- Conduct engaging phone screenings and interviews that showcase both our company and opportunities
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process with clear communication and support
- Provide career advice and market insights to help candidates make informed decisions
- Follow up consistently to maintain relationships even when immediate opportunities arent available
- Proactively source candidates through various channels including social media professional networks and referrals
- Research and identify potential candidates who may not be actively job searching
- Maintain and organize candidate databases with detailed notes and relationship history
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Stay current with industry trends salary ranges and market conditions
- Gather feedback from candidates about market conditions and competitor activities
- Share insights with hiring managers about candidate availability and market challenges
- Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions based on your frontline candidate interactions
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline progress
- People-focused: You genuinely enjoy talking with people and building professional relationships
