- As the Commercial Leader overseeing three business streams you will be part of a highperforming team responsible for driving growth across Grab Malaysias key verticalsGrabMart GrabExpress and Private Label ventures.
- The team is focused on building and managing strong relationships with both existing and potential partners including prominent retail chains and key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) providers.
Get to Know the Role
- You will formulate strategic and collaborative business plans managing endtoend projects from deal finalization to implementation and maintaining highlevel relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Your role will involve lead generation datadriven negotiations account management and other salesfocused initiatives to support the teams growth objectives.
- You will report to the Head of Deliveries & Ads Revenue Management
- This role is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will drive strategic planning and lead highimpact business development initiatives as someone within Grab Malaysias Commercial team.
- You will spearhead strategic partner acquisition and develop innovative partnership models by leveraging internal data and analytics.
- You will define commercial strategy set and monitor revenue targets and lead negotiations for key partner agreements.
- You will collaborate with partners on joint business planning to shape clear initiative roadmaps and longterm goals.
- You will work crossfunctionally with product operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless of deals and initiatives.
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) implement datadriven improvements and ensure alignment with both country and regional strategic priorities.
- You will build and lead a highperforming team foster a culture of collaboration and contribute to the development of tools and best practices across the business development function.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Marketing is required; MBA.
- You have 10 years experience in major brands deal structuring and program management.
- You have a good track record in leading teams and driving sales revenue or strategic partnerships.
- You have have relationshipdriven and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
- You have backgrounds include FMCG consulting telco ecommerce retail or large local conglomerates.
